THE FILLMORE STORY
After more than 20 years of working as a craft brewer and winemaker, Tony Saballa changed gears in 2015 to focus on the mechanical side of the small craft beverage trade. Saballa has worked for breweries and wineries in California, Alaska, and Missouri over the past two decades. In 2004 while working for a small Missouri brewery and faced with the challenge to find an affordable packaging solution. The search to find the bridge between the tools made for the hobbyist and the industrialist proved to be an unforeseen challenge. The idea of building his own machinery quickly became more of a necessity than a dream. After several months of research and development the first automated bottle filler and keg washer was soon built. Several other machines with various upgrades quickly followed, which left Saballa with a thirst to share his machinery with others.
